Health Context

Spinach provides iron and magnesium that support hormonal balance, while paneer adds protein that helps slow the carbohydrate absorption from the roti — a combination that suits both PCOS and weight-focused meal plans.

Alternatives

  • Use tofu instead of paneer for a lower-fat, dairy-free version.
  • Swap the multigrain roti for one made with ragi or jowar flour for extra fibre.
  • Use low-fat milk instead of cream to lighten the curry further.
